Steven R. Boal - President & Chief Executive Officer 
A former Wall Street and technology executive, Steven Boal founded Coupons, Inc. in 1998 and is responsible for it's strategic and operational direction. Mr. Boal previously served as vice president of Business Development for Integral Development Corporation, a privately held Silicon Valley financial software company whose investors include Accel Partners. Prior to that, Mr. Boal was vice president and head of Global Emerging Markets Derivative Technology at J.P. Morgan. Before that, he was president of OptEdge, Chicago-based real-time options, analytics and risk management business. Mr. Boal also held various management positions at TriStar Market Data, most recently running the division of Montgomery Securities. He holds a B.A. from the State University of New York at Albany.

Brian Weisfeld - Chief Operating Officer
Brian Weisfeld brings a wealth of large-scale operational experience to Coupons, Inc. and manages the rapidly growing company's day to day operations. Before joining Coupons, Inc. Mr. Weisfeld spent four years as Executive Vice President, Operations at Westcon Group, a $3 billion revenue technology distribution company where he oversaw the company's worldwide operations and HR and managed international divisions. Mr. Weisfeld led the company's active M&A activity and was responsible for five acquisitions totaling over $100 million. Prior to joining Westcon, Weisfeld served as SVP, Operations of IMAX Corporation, after his three-person firm purchased the company and grew it to a more than a $1 billion peak valuation. Weisfeld started his career as an investment banker at Kidder, Peabody & Co. and as a private equity investor. Mr. Weisfeld holds a B.B.A. from The University of Michigan and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of The University of Pennsylvania.

Michael R. Walsh - Chief Security Officer & Head of Research & Development
Responsible for Coupons, Inc.'s technology direction and implementation, Mike Walsh has been writing software professionally since 1985, contributing to a wide range of products, including compiler tools, electronic publishing software and AI predictive technology. Mr. Walsh served as chief architect at MarketMax, a real-time stock-quote distribution system designed for the Macintosh platform. Prior to that, he served as Senior Software Engineer for Harlequin, Inc., as VP Product Development for Torque Systems, as QA Consultant for Apple Computer, and as Staff Software Engineer for Arthur Andersen. Mr. Walsh holds a B.S. from California Institute of Technology and an M.S. from Northwestern University.

Steve Horowitz - Chief Technology Officer
Steve Horowitz joins Coupons from Google, Inc. where he spent three years as the Engineering Director leading the team responsible for the Android mobile operating system and platform for Google. Prior to his work at Google, Steve spent almost 9 years at Microsoft in leadership roles developing and shipping a range of consumer products including IPTV, Windows Media Center Edition, UltimateTV, Dishplayer, and WebTV. Steve was also one of the earliest employees at Be, Inc. where he played a key role in developing and then introducing the BeOS to the world at the Agenda 95 conference to a standing ovation. Steve began his career at Apple Computer where he spent six years working on Macintosh products and technologies including the first extensible Macintosh Control Panel, which he developed at Apple during a summer internship while attending college at the University of Michigan.

Jon Schwartz - Vice President of Sales
Jon Schwartz joined Coupons, Inc. in January 2007 as Vice President of Sales, to lead the companies' efforts to shift marketers to online coupon programs. Prior to joining Coupons, Inc., Schwartz spent six years as a Vice President at Yahoo, Inc., leading Yahoo's central, western, and then international sales regions. Prior to joining Yahoo, Schwartz spent thirteen years in media sales and sales management, most recently as director of sales at Clear Channel Communications in Dallas. Schwartz holds a bachelors degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

Bob Gonzales - Vice President of Operations
Bob Gonzales brought his experience in project management, process automation, and business systems to Coupons, Inc. in 1998. He manages the internal operations of the company's promotions, direct mail, and clearing lines of business and is responsible for all post-sale client service. Before joining Coupons, Inc., Mr. Gonzales helped build a successful consulting firm specializing in business systems development; doubling revenues in his first two years as Vice President of Development. Earlier, he held management positions in the import/export industry, earning a customs broker license. He began his career in the concert tour merchandising division of Bill Graham Productions.

David Schwartz - Vice President of Marketing
David brings a 15-year track record of success combining marketing and technology to large-scale consumer marketing roles in both the United States and Europe. Prior to joining the management team at Coupons, Inc. David served as Director of Business Development for the Eastern United States and Europe for the Claria Corporation, a leading online behavioral marketing company. Before joining Claria, David spent 7 years in senior VP-level roles driving online credit-card customer acquisition at London-based Lloyds TSB, NextCard, and FirstUSA (now Chase Credit Cards). As Director of Membership at iVillage, David founded and directed the membership group for the world's largest online women-oriented online community. David holds an MBA in Marketing and International Business from the NYU Stern School of Business, a Graduate Certificate in International Management from Erasmus University in the Netherlands, and a BA in History from Columbia College in the City of New York.

Lauren Gage Segal - General Counsel and Secretary
Lauren joined Coupons, Inc. in November 2007 as General Counsel. She brings over 18 years of legal experience working for both law firms and corporations. As a law firm associate she worked on a variety of matters, from film financing to commercial litigation. She spent 9 years at Oracle Corp. where her responsibilities ran the gamut from securities litigation to trademark and other IP legal support to policy drafting. She also spent time working with the Government Affairs group. After Oracle, Lauren consulted for a variety of organizations, including Gap, Inc. where she supported the Marketing group. Lauren holds a bachelors degree from the University of California at Berkeley and a J.D. from Columbia Law School.
