Operations:
Program Manager (Ref: 600PRM230941)

Position Summary:

The Program Manager works closely with CI Sales Executives to oversee the day-to-day relationships with assigned clients and their agents. The Program Manager is a key member of the Operations group who is responsible to facilitate the integration of CI's coupon technology and media opportunities into our clients' promotional campaigns. Program Managers are highly valuable members of the Coupons, Inc. team. Successful candidates will have high energy, operational excellence and dedication to World Class Customer Service. This position reports to the Manager of Client Services. 

Position Responsibilities: 

  • Identifies opportunities and manages fulfillment of purchased services before end date of campaign for assigned clients and their agents.
  • Ensures all campaigns are properly documented and executed according to client program goals and specifications.
  • Heavy usage of internal custom interfaces to build and create coupon (and other production) content and to transfer offline data components for online promotional campaigns.
  • Assists client with technical execution, program implementation, and first-tier technical troubleshooting.
  • Provides best practices and recommendations to meet and exceed client goals.
  • Provides support with online reporting tool and provides input/advice on campaign performance to ensure consistent top quality performance.
  • Monitors online advertising campaign performance and ensure clear communication throughout the online marketing program.
  • Works with Client Services and Engineering teams to QA test enhancements and upgrades to Operations tools and resources.
  • Assists with special projects as assigned by Client Services Manager and/or VP of Operations.
  • Occasional travel and client-site meetings may be required.

Position Qualifications: 

  • Bachelors Degree in business, communications, marketing or related field (and/or equivalent, relevant work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in Account Management or Customer Service or Client Services - dealing directly with Customers and Sales Executives.
  • Must have technical proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop and Internet browser tools.
  • Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
  • Outstanding ability to multi-task while operating in an environment of frequently changing priorities and successfully managing the demands of a quickly growing workforce.
  • Superior analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Online marketing and advertising experience is highly desirable (but not required).
