Position Summary:

Interested in leveraging your product management skills to help a website that serves tens of millions of unique visitors every month get even bigger? Coupons.com, Inc. is seeking a talented, passionate Sr. Product Manager to join our team. We are looking for a smart, innovative, results-oriented product manager to conceive, drive, and execute new products, features, and services to grow our business. Successful candidates will be expected to think and act both strategically and tactically. You will be analytical, customer-centric, resourceful, team-oriented, an effective communicator, and will have the ability to work independently under time and resource constraints to meet ongoing and overlapping deliverables and deadlines. This is a highly visible position that will interact at all levels at one of the largest consumer Internet sites.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the definition of new web and mobile products, features, and services owning the product development lifecycle and working with a cross-functional team of business managers and technology managers.
  • Formulate, manage, and oversee product requirements documents, user interface design, market research, metrics and data analysis, and ensure clear communication and coordination of requirements to the business and technology teams.
  • Maintain the product and services roadmap and champion the customer experience during the development process.
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, balance business needs versus technical constraints, and continually optimize and analyze existing services for opportunities to innovate and improve.
  • Be comfortable getting your hands dirty in day-to-day tasks to get things done.
  • Research and identify new product and service opportunities for the Coupons.com platform.

 Position Qualifications:

  • You will have succeeded in delivering technology products/services in a high-growth, fast-moving environment and will have thrived in ambiguity and shifting priorities. 5-10 years experience.
  • You will have demonstrated the ability to coordinate projects and build relationships across functional teams, including technical, engineering, marketing, design, and senior business partners.
  • You are a strong leader who can prioritize well and communicate clearly and compellingly.
  • You are an innovative thinker with an innate ability and track record of balancing speed to market, a strong customer experience, and high-quality.
  • Past experience with and strong interest in e-commerce, website development, and digital technologies is strongly preferred.
  • You possess street smarts and a willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what’s necessary.
  • You demonstrate the ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, and schedule tradeoffs and opportunistic new ideas with technical employees.
  • You have strong analytical and quantitative skills, the ability to use hard data and back up assumptions and feature concepts.
  • BA/BS required.
